Yoink3D (“we”) runs yoink3d.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you bought.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Payments: We accept Zelle. We only see the name and amount your bank sends with the payment. We never see or store your bank login or card numbers.
- Site data: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, used to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To process, make, deliver and support your order.
- To answer your messages and custom order requests.
- To send emails about your order, such as receipts and updates.
- To prevent fraud and spam and keep the site secure.
We only send marketing emails if you ask to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver your order.
- Our web host (GoDaddy), which stores the website and its data.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies needed for your cart, checkout and login to work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and warranty questions. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we must keep it by law. Use our contact form to make a request.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
